Mandee founded Golden Light Senior Concierge to offer thoughtful, non-medical support that honors independence and brings peace of mind to both seniors and the families who love them.
Hello, I'm Mandee
I've spent more than twenty years working alongside older adults — in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and the creative programs that bring communities to life. That work has been defined by a deep commitment to helping people live with dignity, purpose, and independence.
Those years taught me that the best support is personal, respectful, and practical. The right kind of help — organizing a home, providing companionship, assisting with a move, or simply being a consistent and caring presence — can quietly lift a heavy load for the whole family.
Golden Light is where I channel all of that experience. My approach blends practical assistance with genuine warmth, creativity, and attention to the whole person.
Background & experience
Education
Mandee earned a Bachelor of Arts from Endicott College with a concentration in Creative Art Therapy. That foundation in creativity and therapeutic connection has remained central to her approach ever since.
Operations
Early in her career, Mandee gained broad operational experience across nursing, admissions, activities, social services, and quality improvement — learning every corner of how senior living communities actually work.
Leadership
She went on to manage Assisted Living communities, supervising teams, developing individualized service plans, and working closely with residents and families every day.
Programming
As Program Manager at a large continuing care community, Mandee designed and led engaging programming for Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing neighborhoods.
Creative work
She expanded her creative work by developing and leading art classes and custom craft programs across more than 50 senior living communities, helping residents express themselves and stay connected through art.
Today
Mandee founded Golden Light to offer the kind of thoughtful, non-medical support she has long believed older adults deserve — reliable help that honors independence and brings greater peace of mind to both seniors and their families.
Outside of work
When she isn't with clients, Mandee is an artist and gardener who finds joy in creating and growing things. She's a mother to three children and shares her home with five dogs and a cat — roles that keep her grounded in the everyday rhythms of family life and deepen her appreciation for the relationships that matter most.

Golden Light is a small practice by design — you'll usually work directly with Mandee. As we thoughtfully add caregivers to the team, we'll introduce each of them here so you always know who's walking through your door.

We're thoughtfully expanding the Golden Light team. Every caregiver is personally vetted and trained by Mandee, with the same commitment to warmth, patience, and reliability you'd expect from her directly.

As our roster grows, we'll introduce each teammate here — with their story, background, and the areas of Hamilton County they serve — so you always know exactly who is coming to your door.
Mandee and every caregiver who joins Golden Light complete a background check before working with clients. Professional and personal references are available upon request.
